TCCS SMS Notifications Terms of Service

Types of Messages

• Alerts/notifications to on-call personnel when equipment or services require attention after normal business hours
• Notifications of power outages or other events to school stakeholders

Enrollment in this service is limited to TCCS personnel and designated stakeholders who have provided prior written consent.

You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. We will send you a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you would like to rejoin, please submit this form to your supervisor.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent.

Messages are only sent during incidents requiring your attention (less than 10 messages per month). If you have any questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected solely to deliver the notifications described above. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with any third parties.
